One Trust

One Trust are a London charity who work with individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities, offering them a wide range of activities and meaningful experiences, as well as providing support for their families and carers.

The original One Trust brand identity had become somewhat stale, with an official, bureaucratic feel to it that no longer suited the active and vibrant community-focused personality of the organisation today. We created a new visual identity that better encompasses the spirit and values of One Trust. The colour palette is bright with energy and optimism, while the organic shapes are rounded and natural. Overall, the tone is very human, expressing diversity, integration, individuality and inclusion.

Matching stakeholder expectations

As with all third sector organisations, One Trust regularly engage with multiple stakeholders, each with different needs and priorities, so it was important to balance the dynamic and playful side of the organisation’s character with continuing professionalism, dependability and trustworthiness. A centralised repository of brand assets facilitates use of the new brand by the organisation’s own staff, while the new user-friendly website features the new brand identity, intuitive navigation and an enhanced user experience.
