The Ups of Downs


This award-winning charity was founded over a decade ago to provide support for children with Down syndrome and for their families. Social attitudes are changing, the original children involved are growing up, and the organisation is expanding in scope and reach, so the Trustees decided it was time to adopt a more grown-up and professional image in line with this evolution.

Tantamount was commissioned to develop a visual image and collateral that would reflect this more mature stage of the charity, without losing sight of its human side: it firmly remains an organisation run by families for families. The brief emphasised the importance of communicating the upbeat “can-do” attitude of the charity as well as their newly adopted tag-line “celebrating Down syndrome”.
